It is the beginning of the year and you know what that means? EVERYONE who is not health and fitness oriented will make resolutions in the New Year to be skinnier, healthier, buffer, the list goes on. They will all go to a gym, pay for fancy diets and programs to help them lose weight then in three to six months – maybe less, relapse into what they have been doing for most, if not all their lives.
I am just saying but what you all need to do is change your lifestyle, not hop on the latest bandwagon fitness craze that was on Opra/Ellen/Blah-blah-blah. Set realistic goals and work towards them in steps. Simple, right? Actually it is, people make it harder than it needs to be. It is hard because it takes hard work and discipline, not the latest pill. So go out there and do it!
