So the back has decided to flare up on me again. This is not a good thing. Right now I am all about getting it and the core in general back up to speed. This includes yoga, kettlebells, stretching and not too much biking. Even though I am not that old the back makes me feel older than I am. Getting out of bed in the morning is now becoming a bit of a chore and it should not be.
To everyone out there engaging primarily on one sport – make sure to cross-train and take care of your body. Don’t get so one-sided that one part of your body overpowers the other.
