The side aches hit me once again pretty quickly and Lars put it very succinctly when he said that it is a lack of conditioning that is giving me the problems. I agree for the most part as I know I am not in the shape I could be nor do I have years of training for racing under my belt but I plan on improving day by day and week to week so that I can be competitive.
