Training is moving along

My training has been solid for almost a week. No sicknesses, work, etc. messing with my schedule. It also helps that I have made a concerted effort to be cycling every day or if not that then exercising in one way or another, be it running, the gym, and the ever popular trainer in the basement. Five days straight of that and I am done. The weather needs to cooperate with us here in Colorado. Our Denver 38 group rides are starting up this week and unfortunately I will not be able to make tonight’s session as I have a daughter to care care of, which takes precedence.
