Training for the TTT

Today was a hard lunch session. I managed to escape the office and get a good, solid 45 minutes of work in. No side aches today which is good but I managed to stay in a lower HR zone than TTT practice last Friday. That was brutal with the side aches I was getting. I have come to the realization that my pulls will be steady and short so that I can finish. Otherwise if I start hurting then I am going to get spit out of the group and I want to finish! I want to finish and have a top placing for our team. That is the goal!
