It happens this coming Saturday, the 16th, in the republic of Boulder, yeah! Seriously though five guys on the team are going to be hammering away and I plan on staying on until the end. It is a 16 mile race and after Friday night’s practice I can tell it is going to get more brutal as the race goes on. I had two monster side aches during Friday nights first practice session. As time went on though, we did four intervals, I felt that I was getting stronger so I believe I need a really good warmup to get the body running and ready to tear it up from the beginning.
