Week one about done

The first week is almost in the books. I am using the MapMyRide site to keep track of training, set goals, etc. I am also using the good old notebook which I can’t seem to get away from. Call me old-fashioned but it gets the job done and I don’t want to be one of those people that walks around the gym with head phones on while playing with their phone. You know the ones that cut you off because they are not paying attention and give you the dirty look when it should be the other way around because they are clueless.
